Meet Our Fourth Grade Teachers! Mrs. Tracy Duffy... Hello! My name is Tracy Duffy, and I am excited to be teaching 4th grade at Norrisville Elementary this year. This is my 10th year of teaching. I currently live near Rocks State Park with my husband and four children. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family. Teaching allows me to enrich the lives of children, not only through academic skills, but also in responsibility, citizenship, and self-confidence. Ms. Kayla Mangin... Hi! I am Ms. Mangin and I will be teaching 4th grade at Norrisville this year! I attended Norrisville myself not too long ago! I love going to the beach, reading and sports!
